Gorgeous Snowmass Winter Wedding

This Snowmass wedding was spectacular! The gorgeous bride, Virginia from Bluebird Productions of Aspen was the most graceful

bride I have ever photographed. I enjoyed every minute of this day. When Virginia started planning her wedding to Jeff, she

expected a snowy, winter wedding. For the past 4 weeks, we had been getting record high temperatures and most of the

snow was melted on the mountains. The week of the wedding we had rain and some snow. On the wedding day, we expected

rain, but guess what?! Like magic, the snow started falling right before the ceremony, everyone was delighted! as they sipped

on their hot chocolates. The wedding ceremony was festive and memorable with the wonderful Rabbi Itzhak Vardy, he has

a gift for making every ceremony special and unique. Immediately following the wedding Kiss, the snow started coming

down hard, it was perfect!

To Christine Morris-Assalone and her talented team of hair/makeup artists Full Circle Aspen, ASC Catering for the amazing

Bobby is playing at a wedding I will be photographing, non stop entertainment! To the Aspen Branch, floral and decor perfection!

I’m excited to share this new album design. This wedding is from last year. The bride and groom planned their destination wedding from Florida, with the help of Debra Doyle from Aspen Event Works

The day was perfect! The bride was gorgeous and everyone was having a great time! Debra Doyle, once again, created a beautiful wedding, the wedding deck, you just cannot compete with the beauty of Aspen Mountain. The staff at the Little Nell is THE BEST! Melina and Lindsay make it such a nice experience for guests as well as for my photography team : ) The decor was stunning, thank you Aspen Branch! you make beautiful decor to photograph!

Rocky Mountain Bride Magazine – Vintage Bridal Fashion Shoot

The Hotel Colorado is the perfect place for a Vintage style wedding. When asked by Rocky Mountain Bride to photograph a shoot for their magazine, I immediately said yes, I love the historical richness at this hotel. I’ll never forget one wedding that I photographed there, everyone was dressed from the early 1900s, including the guests.

Before we moved to the area, we stayed at the Hotel Colorado to really get a feel for Glenwood Springs, to check out the different neighborhoods and to house shop. I loved the hotel, really unique and so close to all of the great restaurants in town, the hot springs is just across the street, as well as the Colorado and Roaring Fork rivers.

Some say the hotel is haunted, luckily we never saw or heard any ghosts : ) …

Boy, oh boy do we have a treat for you on this Monday morning! With all this rain, we felt as if we needed a bit of a ‘pick me up’ and perhaps, a slight change in the weather. . . and no, this is not a styled shoot, nor a feature from Martha Stewart weddings, this beautiful Aspen, Colorado wedding is the actual real wedding of Arkansans, Katie Fortenberry and Hamilton Peek!!! These two opted for a very simple (just the two of them. . .sighhhh), yet dramatic dreamscape destination wedding. The backdrop is simply unbeatable, the romance wonderfully over the top and the photos are just jaw-dropping. Sit back, cuddle up and enjoy the work of Ms. Robin Proctor of Robin Proctor Photography. . .
